I have bought several homes over the years, and Dave is by far the best realtor that I've had the pleasure of working with! He was not only professional, but also very knowledgeable. I told Dave what kind of home I was looking for and he worked extremely hard to find the right fit for me and my family. Dave showed us areas and neighborhoods that I hadn't even considered, and in the end we bought a house in a neighborhood he told us about. I highly recommend Dave and will use him again.

You probably don't see too many reviews for a realtor from the buyer in the transaction but this is one of them. I represented myself in a fairly small real estate purchase where Dave represented the sellers. Dave was professional, incredibly speedy in gathering information from the sellers and treated this transaction(s) as if it was a multi-million dollar deal. Dave went out of his way to meet me in an Applebees parking lot at 9pm at night so that contracts could be signed. It was also during a UT football game (ha!). I never felt that Dave pressuring me at all for a decision which was refreshing as my last TN real estate purchase was a disaster. The paperwork was completed quickly, accurately and made for a very speedy closing. I will say this, if I need a realtor in the Knoxville area, Dave will be my guy and again this is coming from the buyer. I can't recommend Dave highly enough.
